Okay To Retire But Don’t Let Uncle Sam Take Most Of Your Estate After You Die

The right retirement planning starts with financial goals that define and satisfy the lifestyle you want to achieve at some point in the future. A strategic plan should be carefully developed, with the help of a professional counselor. Your estate should be properly balanced for yield, risk, and tax exposure.

The most effective way to ensure that your wishes and dreams for your family and others are accomplished after your death is to spend the time talking and working with an attorney who has knowledge of the various issues involved with estate planning, taxes, insurance, health issues and investments. Our firm has the ability to guide you in all these areas. The quickie Trusts that are available from so many sources in most cases do not cover what most people need and they are deceived into thinking they have adequately protected themselves. A person’s lack of good planning just leaves heartache and bitterness for their heirs.

There are so many things that can go “wrong” if any estate is not properly planned and kept current. People from all walks of life have caused the value of their estates to be greatly diminished because of poor or no planning. The list includes movie stars, Supreme Court justices, business leaders, star athletes, princesses, owners of pro ball teams and the millions of others who are not in the limelight who let the government and attorneys get much more if not most of their estate because they did not plan. Bing Crosby and Bill Boeing of Boeing Aircraft are just two examples. The surviving Crosby family members were forced into a Spartan lifestyle way below what they were living at Bing’s death. The Boeing family lost today’s largest aircraft company, named after him. Set up an appointment or request more information on the lessons of FAMOUSLY BAD ESTATE PLANNING.

If You Do Not Protect Your Family Who Will?

Who better than you to guide and protect them from life’s trials?

There is so much information available that the average person is overloaded so that they shut down and make the decision to do nothing. Even those who have some estate and financial planning in place do not keep current. Some spend more time on Facebook and Twitter than on the things that really matter.

My goal is to get you moving. You owe it to yourself and family members to plan and be a source of information for them. Do not let yourself be overwhelmed with the task. Let me help you get started and keep moving. Your family is too precious for you not to plan.

On the Lighter Side

Only in America…do drugstores make the sick walk all the way to the back of the store to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front.

Sign On a Fence…
“Salesmen welcome! Dog food is expensive!”

Sign In a Veterinarian’s Waiting Room…“Be back in 5 minutes. Sit! Stay!”
